I really enjoyed learning more about Henry Box Brown’s story. Your attention to detail created a narrative that was easy to listen to and visualize– excellent storytelling! In particular, your commentary about Brown’s family separation perfectly emphasizes the centrality of that pain to the history of slavery. Brown’s perilous journey to freedom is an incredible story, and made for a great podcast! Thank you for sharing Brown’s story and telling it in such a compelling way.
